ELECTRICAL REGULATIONS:
All Building Permit Applications must include a Utility Authorization Number if applicable.
All Electrical Permit Applications must be complete and legible with correct dates, information pertaining to work performed.
A Certificate of Liability must be on file for all applications unless a waiver disclosure is signed by the property owner per M.G.L. Ch. 141 Sec. 8.
All Electrical Permits expire one year from date of permit application submission.
All mechanical grounds shall be made up in all boxes before the rough inspection.


 

 

 

Residential fee includes one rough and one final inspection. If not done at that time an additional fee of $40 will be charged.
